Charlotte County Water Inc. was founded by David S. Barkley in
January 1988, in Charlotte County Florida. Today, their twenty-five
employees and 2 locations are proud to provide clean, quality RainSoft
water and products to customers in S. Sarasota, Charlotte, Lee, and
Collier Cour.
Charlotte County Water Inc. was chosen #1 in the People’s Choice
Awards in 2005, 2006, 2007, 2008, 2009, and 2010. Not to mention, they
were awarded the Home Depot best service provider in south region as
well as the Home Depot’s Voice of the consumer awards. They have also
received an Outstanding Customer Service award from RainSoft.
They are members of the Water Quality Association, Better Business
Bureau (A+ rating), Charlotte Desoto Building Industry Association (CDBIA), and Chamber of Commerce.

and pumps. They have filters available for most makes and models. In
addition, they provide water testing, installation, service plans,
warranty service, brine tank clean outs, month-to-month and yearly
tune-ups, salt delivery service, filter change service, and 24-hour
emergency service. To provide you with the most knowledgeable staff, all
of their technicians attend factory training classes on a yearly basis
and in-house training is continuous.
