Hydro Engineering Inc. was founded by Larry Neff in 1989 in south Florida. Today, 20 employees are proud to provide clean, quality RainSoft water and products to customers in south Florida.

Hydro Engineering Inc. is a member of the Better Business Bureau and National Water Quality Association.

They proudly offer Reverse Osmosis drinking water systems, whole house water treatment, softeners, conditioners, and air filters.  They also offer free water testing, product installation and service, and product warranty service.

Joel Brow, owner of Broward Water Consultants, Inc parent’s were the first RainSoft dealers in South Florida in 1966. Mr. Brow became a second generation RainSoft dealer when he purchased the dealership in 1983. Broward Water Consultants have many clients that have been customers for 40+ years. Joel Brow has his Bachelor of Science degree in Biology for the University of Southern California and holds a Certificate from the Water Quality Association as a certified expert level 5, as well as a certified installer. He is available for consultation for his 10,000 active clients in his area.
