A main turning point for the company was when they became
Home Depot’s largest service provider for water heaters, water treatment, and plumbing services.

They proudly offer RainSoft products, Trane Heating and Cooling
products, Hunter Irrigation Systems, GE Water Heaters, and AO Smith
Water Heaters. They also offer water treatment, plumbing, water heater
installation, irrigation, HVAC, electrical, bath remodels, green
projects, RPZ/Backflow, warranty services, and maintenance programs.
All technicians must pass a detailed criminal background check and
drug screening. DRF offers continuing education and training to all
employees. DRF is a licensed plumbing and electrical contractor in the
state of Illinois.

Water Inc. was founded in November, 1993 by Steve and Katy Hansen in
Watertown, SD. Today, they are proud to provide clean, quality RainSoft
water and products to customers throughout northeast South Dakota and
west-central Minnesota.
