Choose from a long list of top-quality meats, fresh produce, tasty cheeses and delicious toppings, when you design your own sandwich or salad creation at Cheffie’s Café in Memphis, Tennessee.  The Cheffie’s menu features house-made salad dressings, freshly baked pastries, yogurts, fresh fruits, artisan-style breads, and 14 flavors of gelato.  The cafe’s concept is a collaboration between Jennifer Chandler (http://www.cookwithjennifer.com/ – also a 305 website) and Matt Wilson.  Cheffie’s is open seven days a week from 7 a.m. to 9 p.m.
